We don’t see many 1950’s players grade Fender Stratocasters so this Clive Brown body restoration 58 is a real score. The guard and all electronics are faithful reproductions, with the pickups made by Fatboy.
Interestingly the guitar left the factory with gold hardware which is still visible even though the tuners are slightly later 1960’s double line Klusons. The neck has the ultimate neck carve which we would describe as a very soft V or hint of V . We have followed this guitar all the way back from Memphis, were it spent most of its life as a local gigging musicians guitar of choice. Check the video of the guitar in action here in the UK.
Comes in a mid 1960’s worn black Fender tolex case.
